The patient...

Show y'all something.
Let y'all laugh at me a bit.

My report :
History of Presenting Illness
The patient has been having flu since a month ago. Two weeks ago, the patient consulted the doctor in the Jinjang Clinic, and was given flu tablets and cough drops. However, the patient was not cured of the flu, and has returned to consult the doctor again.
The patient also complains of cough with sputum. The sputum is white in colour. The cough increases especially at night.
The patient also says that she feels giddy, and of late her appetite has not been very good.
The patient does not have fever or headache.

Family History
The patient’s parents are both no longer alive. The patient’s mother had hypertension, but passed away from natural causes. The patient’s father had no illnesses and passed away due to natural causes.
The patient herself has diabetes and hypertension. However, the patient’s siblings do not have the same illnesses. The patient has 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and they are alive and well.
The patient has two sons, who are 37 years old and 28 years old respectively. They do not have any chronic illnesses, although the younger son also currently has the flu.

Ohhh...the curse of repetition.
LOL.
My creative juices is not be flowing.

Anyone wanna bet on how long it takes before the lecturer falls asleep marking my report?
