How did the day that was supposed to be the longest day ever suddenly end up being the free-est?

(i have no idea if that sentence made any sense and if it didn't i do not care)

Was supposed to go PD,
and then go for a research meeting at lunch,
and then present during the Seminar,
and then present for CFCS,
and then go for night duty.

Slept in, because I slept late yesterday (slept in : wake up at 8am instead of 6.30am)
Spent the whole morning trying to get slides perfect for both the Seminar and CFCS.

Get message that Seminar is cancelled.

Spend 10 minutes cursing randomly.

Shower, continue working on CFCS slides (because some people only had the decency to mail me their part at 1am)

Get message saying CFCS is postponed.

Research meeting rescheduled.


Wasted one whole morning doing something I could have done over the weekend instead.
