Confused over definitions ~ HELP!

WHAT is the difference between PATHOPHYSIOLOGY and PATHOGENESIS?!

I've been cracking my head over it since Tuesday, and as far as I can make out, they both mean the same thing!!
DESPERATELY in need of help here!

I know I ask for help oso damn last minute, but if anyone knows, please please please explain it to me!!
