My mother was cleaning squid in the kitchen today.

My brother thought it would be fun to chase me around the kitchen with a squid head.

My mother chased him for running around her just-cleaned kitchen with a squid head.

I obviously dropped everything and rushed to see what was the matter la kan.

I saw my dad standing there with a very guilty look on his face.


Me : What happened??
Dad : Err. I.. err.. putyourteddybearonthearmrest...and err. your teddy bear fell. :(

Has been a decidedly tiring week, but nevertheless a fun one.
I should really spend more time in uni.
The days go by slower that way lol.

Going back vista on Monday I think.

I shouldn't be complaining. :)

Life is good.
I just have to remember to ignore the petty details and step back and take in the big picture.
Its becoming habitual nowadays.

Don't have to be a dog without a bone

I finally caved in and drank half a glass of coffee today. :(
And I felt so guilty doing it too.
But I was half dead with sleep and still had (have...note present tense) PBL to do.
Which is due tomorrow morning.
I should go do it.

And the new episode of Ruby and the Rockits.




Got hooked on to those two while waiting for the new season of HIMYM to come out,
anddd...for the cd-shop-guy to order the first two seasons of The Office for me.

I've kinda given up on Heroes (cos its too confusing and Milo isn't cute anymore) and Prison Break (cos Michael dies in the end anyway so its no fun) and that SUPER torturous hindi drama that I used to watch (thats pretty self-explanatory)

I swear sitcoms will be the death of me.

But arghhh.
I'd have PBL to do tonight, and I'd have to read up something on CSU...
and then the following days will HAVE to be utilised for Elective Report. :(

Wanted to watch Clueless again very badly...sudden weird urge to watch it.
I was mulling over where to watch it from, over dinner,
then I got up to do the dishes, and they randomly advertised it on Cinemax.
Guess all I have to do is wait a few days.
Destiny.
LOL.




O ya.
Watched Aliens in the Attic yesterday.






Cos we went to Summit, and there was pretty much nothing else to watch la.
Went in with zero expectations to be honest,
BUT...
it turned out to be a pretty enjoyable movie!
Okay, enjoyable would be an understatement considering how I laughed myself silly at certain parts. It was surprisingly hilarious.

Robert Hoffman's character was the best!


I KNEW I'd seen him somewhere (in a less idiotic role), but I just couldn't figure it out til I came home and googled it.
I will never be able to watch Step Up 2 again. LOL.

I also think when you watch a movie, the company really counts.
You need to watch movies with people who are on the same wavelength.;)




Its taking me four hours to type out this post.




Hmm.
Oh yeah.
You know, when you tell people that you're trying to stay off coffee/caffeine...
..the good friends always encourage you, tell you you can do it, etc
...the best friends read out every coffee-based beverage on the menu.
